Cubed Group announces new Director and Shareholder appointments

Cubed Group has announced the appointment of Richard Ratcliffe, Daniel Murphy and Jodie Cook as Directors and Shareholders, completing the founding leadership team alongside Managing Director Ryan Ratcliffe.

The appointments mark an important step in the continued growth of the Leeds-based property developer as the business progresses a growing pipeline of development opportunities across Yorkshire.

Each Director brings a distinct area of expertise that strengthens the company’s ability to define, refine and deliver projects through a structured and collaborative approach.

A leadership structure built around delivery

Richard Ratcliffe joins as Commercial Director and will lead the commercial strategy across Cubed’s development portfolio, overseeing procurement, cost management and financial performance.

Daniel Murphy joins as Operations Director and will be responsible for project delivery, programme management and operational performance across the business.

Jodie Cook joins as Compliance Director and will oversee governance, regulatory compliance and operational systems as the business continues to grow.

Together, the three appointments create a balanced leadership structure across commercial performance, operational delivery and compliance.

As part of the appointments, all three Directors have become shareholders in the business.
